That is, you have to get at least 93 on average in each physics or chemistry exam. Every year, the minimum number of marks or minimum GPA required changes.
This is the general qualification. Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET admission) takes the exam every time, with nearly a million students.
Now, when the university authorities see that many students have achieved equal or close results, Then they will look for which students have done the best comparatively.
If you get exactly 170 in mathematics and 372 in physics and chemistry, your chances of admission will be greatly reduced. Sometimes, candidates get a GPA of 5 in both SSC and HSC exams, but their applications are rejected.
So, you have to achieve results that no one or most candidates could not achieve. To move to the next level, great importance is given to mathematics, physics and chemistry in the higher secondary examination.
